Chiropractor
Dr. Sauté Dean grew up in Staten Island, New York and graduated in 1996 from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Prior to enrolling in chiropractic school in 2002, he spent five years teaching for the New York City Board of Education. Dr. Dean graduated from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut with a Doctorate in Chiropractic.
Dr. Sauté Dean is a back pain and sports injury specialist who identifies motion imbalances that are the cause of injuries and pain. He also isolates areas along the kinetic chain that may be dysfunctional but not pain provoking for fast and more lasting pain relief and outcomes.
Dr. Dean has successfully completed a training program to become a Science-Based NutritionTM affiliated practice. He takes pride in using functional nutrition along with diagnostic testing (like blood work) to formulate vitamin and nutrition recommendations specifically for the patient’s body. This proven approach helps people battling diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gut issues, and weight challenges cut/eliminate medications, and achieve optimal health that lasts a lifetime.
Dr. Dean is certified by the New York State Department of Education, Board for Chiropractic, having attained postdoctoral education in MRI spine interpretation, electrodiagnostic interpretation, triaging the injured, caring for the trauma patient, head trauma and brain injury, impairment raring, and accident reconstruction.
Dr. Dean is also certified as a Sports Chiropractic Physician and in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation.
As a former football player for Indiana University, Dr. Dean has a special interest in sports medicine and understands the need for patients to heal quickly without compromising the integrity of their bodies.
